Hot Flow Yoga Amsterdam offers hot yoga classes across their 3 studios in Zuid, Jordaan and Rivierenbuurt. The style of yoga is based on the traditional teaching of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and set in an infrared heated environment with curated music.
I was referred to the owners of Hot Flow Yoga by a previous client as they were in need of having their website re-designed after simplifying their website to a single page in the pandemic. I created a user-friendly site architecture, mobile and seo-optimised web experience with clear call-to-actions and value propositions. They had invested in a new photo and video shoot to capture the feeling of heat from their classes. With this new content, I modernised and created a cohesive visual identity that would translate from their website, across their socials and email campaigns.
I provide Hot Flow Yoga and an ongoing maintenance package that ensures that their website is secure and up to date.
Casa Basa offers a personalised island retreat in Siargao, Philippines. This intimate, family run boutique hotel features just 4 cozy rooms, ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway. Guests can unwind by the pool, explore nearby attractions, or indulge in delicious all-day breakfast. Casa Basa prioritises guest comfort with amenities like Starlink Wi-Fi, backup generators, and in-room essentials. It’s best to book directly for the best rates and experience Siargao hospitality at its finest.
Casa Basa approached me to revamp their WordPress website due to technical issues impacting direct bookings. Outdated software and reliance on non-updatable themes created booking and management hurdles. I streamlined their process by integrating a user-friendly property management system (PMS), Cloudbeds. This not only resolved technical issues but also automated booking management across various channels. Casa Basa can now confidently promote direct bookings, maximising revenue through a commission-free system.
Awake Siargao offers 1-week, all-inclusive surf, yoga, and wellness retreats on the island of Siargao throughout the year. The retreats are hosted by Rem, a surfing and fitness enthusiast who left the demanding world of finance to focus on her well-being. She created the retreats “so others don’t have to make an entire life renovation to experience the same transformative journey I had with surfing, yoga, fitness, and the simple island life.”
Initially, I rectified layout inconsistencies, implemented SEO adjustments, and boosted website performance for Awake Siargao. Recognizing the limitations of manual booking forms, I collaborated with Rem and her marketing agency to integrate Wix Bookings and Wix Stores. This enabled seamless customer journeys, trackable data for marketing optimization, and reduced cart abandonment. Furthermore, I streamlined navigation, incorporated new visuals and sections for their accommodation partner, and crafted landing pages for private retreats and Google Ads, empowering Rem to effectively manage and promote her experiences. I continue to provide ongoing support for Awake Siargao, adding and removing content as needed.
Tawhay Siargao is a lifestyle centre offering customers the opportunity to get fit and healthy surrounded by beautiful jungle on the island of Siargao. They offer group classes, personal training and open gym access. Their classes include functional fitness, yoga, jiu jitsu, boxing/muay thai, aerial hammock and stretch classes. They also have an in-house cafe with healthy, vegan and vegetarian options as well as, pre and post workout supplements.
The owners were looking for a website and integrated booking platform that catered to online and offline payments being processed. They had been previously using a number of ledgers to record payments and class attendance and were finding that this process was too challenging to keep on top of, especially as the gym was becoming popular and they were having many customers come in each day. The Philippines is not compatible with Stripe payments so finding a platform that would support a larger cash economy but also process online payments with recognised payment providers took a lot of research. Eventually I was able to find one that would provide a solution to their issues.
I was then able to design and deliver an seo-optimised, mobile responsive website, with clear site navigation and value proposition.

I met the owner of Mosaic through a local network of entrepreneurs and they were looking to add another web designer to their team as they were looking to revamp their own online presence. I designed and built out the website in Wix Studio, utilising the CMS system in order to display a large amount of content within their portfolio.
If you’re looking for some unique abstract artwork for your home, office or studio, then check out Koa Studio. This is actually one of my passion projects that I work on in my free time and it taught me the process of setting up a WooCommerce store as well. All the artwork is available to download in 5 different size ratios allowing the customer to print and frame it to the specification that they require. I work with a lot of colour and experimental concepts with typefaces to bring my ideas to life.
My art is inspired by the relationship between music and light. Having grown up and been taken to music festivals in the UK since I was a small child, I was always mesmerised by the light display that would accompany the music. More recently, one of my most memorable gigs was watching Jon Hopkins at Brixton academy with Dan Tombs working on visual display. I was in heaven just standing there absorbing the music and being absorbed by the lights.
Communal Co-living is a space to live, work, unwind, and socialise with like-minded people who found themselves working as a digital nomad in Siargao Island. Customers can book a minimum 7 night stay in one of the male and female only dorm rooms with access to a co-working area, garden, a parking space and shared kitchen with the staples. Throughout the week, there are a number of activities that they can join, including a weekly quiz, family potluck and movie nights hosted at the partnered coworking space, Coco Space.
I was tasked with optimising the user experience of Communal Co-living’s Wix Studio website. My primary focus was on ensuring consistent layout, spacing, and responsiveness across all devices. I addressed issues related to mobile font sizing, margin, and padding inconsistencies, streamlining the website’s appearance and functionality.
To achieve optimal responsiveness, I implemented a comprehensive overhaul of the website’s global styles. By establishing consistent font sizes and spacing rules, I eliminated the manual adjustments required for each heading and element across different breakpoints. This not only simplified the website’s maintenance but also enhanced its visual appeal and user-friendliness.
Siargao Craft Club is a vibrant creative hub offering a variety of workshops in painting, weaving and clay for children, adults, and families. Led by two passionate creatives based on the island, the club aims to preserve and share the rich cultural craft traditions of the Philippines.
For resorts and hotels seeking unique experiences for their guests, Siargao Craft Club offers private workshops tailored to their specific needs. These workshops provide a memorable and enriching opportunity for visitors to connect with the local culture and unleash their creativity.
To establish a strong brand identity, I designed a playful and engaging visual style that resonates with both adults and children. The colour palette, inspired by traditional Filipino weavings, incorporates earthy reds, oranges, and purples to evoke a sense of authenticity and connection to the island. The illustrations, featuring the island’s abundant flowers, clay creations, and natural beauty, further enhance the brand’s aesthetic appeal.
The website, built using Google Sites to align with the project’s budget, effectively utilises Google Forms for bookings. As the brand continues to grow, I am committed to refining and expanding the website’s features to meet evolving needs and provide an optimal user experience.
Brunch Spot Siargao is a new brunch experience that has been introduced to the small tropical island on the east coast of the Philippines. The owners wanted to bring their European experience of brunch and combine it with a Filipino twist.
The owners were looking for a basic brochure style website to introduce their concept, display their menu, job descriptions for the staff they were hiring and the location of the restaurant. I designed and created a mobile responsive website that has a clear site architecture, intuitive navigation, clear call-to-actions and value propositions. I ensured the site was SEO optimised and that the page load time was fast due to the congested data service on the island.
